Children services are available during the 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. services at the Jacoby Dickens Athletic Center of Chicago State University, 9501 S. King Drive in Chicago. Parents: Visit http://theparentcue.org/ to follow along with what the children are learning.

Explorers: Infant to 2 years old. Adventurers: 2 to 5 years old. Voyager: Kindergarten to 2nd grade. Innovators: Grades 3 to 5. Groundbreakers: Grades 6 to 8. Beyond grade 8, youth are encouraged to participate in our Identity Teen Ministry.

Parent SMALL GROUPS
Alive Youth Ministry has launched a small group designed to support parents with diverse learners, grandparents raising grandchildren, and single parents. We meet every first Saturday from 10 to noon. We understand these families have unique needs, and we want to help create a community where all of you can be heard and supported. NLCSE’s Alive Youth Ministry is inviting licensed and trained professionals who help children and teens with ADHD, autism and other learning disabilities to participate in its new Diverse Learners Initiative. Interested? Email firstname.lastname@example.org
This 8-week class for job readiness is an introduction to the manufacturing trade, with job placement assistance after the course is completed. Classes are offered Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with field experiences on Fridays. Classes will take place at Hirsch High School.
