There’s something sacred about seeking God in the stillness of the morning. Join us on the shore for our annual Sunrise Service with a powerful morning of worship, prayer, and celebration as we lift up the name of Jesus and witness lives forever changed through water baptism. This year, we’re honored to welcome Travis Greene as our guest worship leader. Come ready for a move of God as the sun rises over Lake Michigan!

Transportation & Parking

Rideshare:
Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is highly recommended. Drop-off will be located west of Lake Shore Drive for easy access.

PACE Bus Drop-Off:
Designated drop-off for PACE buses will be at the Hayes & Lake Shore Drive parking lot, also west of Lake Shore Drive.

Free Shuttle Service Beginning at 3:00 AM:
Shuttles will run continuously starting at 3:00 AM to and from the following locations:

The Temple (7621 S. Greenwood Avenue)
63rd & Stony Island
Please note: Wagons, scooters, electric wheelchairs, bikes, and large coolers are not permitted on the shuttle buses. Compact folding chairs are allowed.

On-site Parking:
Parking is available in lots west of Lake Shore Drive, including designated handicap parking. Parking is first-come, first-served—please follow the instructions of the parking attendants. We strongly encourage using rideshare or the complimentary shuttle service for convenience.

Seating

This is a BYOC (Bring Your Own Chair) event. If you plan to take a shuttle, please bring a personal-sized, compact chair that’s easy to carry.

While on the Beach

Please note: There will be a short 1–4 minute walk from the bus drop-off or parking areas to the beach. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a light jacket for the early morning breeze.
